Different StrokesPhotos Contributed by Mark Huth1975-1977 Here are some photos of Different Strokes crew, mostly '75-'77. We had a house called Dexter Dell, almost all who dwelled there were Hoedads Steve Osden, Katrina, Margie Friedberg, Roberto D'Amico, good ol' Susan Schroeder, and me Mark Huth. Went on the Spring Tour in "77 planted both rims of the Grand Canyon in Kaibab NF and then on the Contintental Divide at nearly 11,000 feet in Red Feather Lakes up the Cache la Poudre River in Colorado. Here's action, here's adventure, here's the Old West!! Who would trade with any of us for those glory days? People: Lurch (I think about you many days, wish you were still walkin' the earth) and Munch, Boone, Whiteman (you know who you are), Buck, the Mudfarmers, Keith the Spy, Glenn 140 pounds of rompin' stompin' south Georgia hell, Deb Durkin. I was a Stroke till '78. Then went to Durango, Colorado with Jay Ravel and Margo, we formed a coop Osha (not named after THAT one but the root). Planted a lot in Colorado and New Mexico till we hit hard times in "79 on the Mescalero Apache Reservation. I used to think it was all timing and balance, now I don't know ... probably just something rippling the treetops in the evening light. Mark Huth |
